What this site
collects.

ArchiGen AI is a reading site. There are no accounts, no comments and no ads. This page lists every service that receives data when you read it, what each one gets, and how to switch it off.

What we measure

We count visits so we know which articles are read and where readers come from. Two analytics services do this.

Google Analytics 4. Records the pages you view, the site that sent you, your browser, device type and approximate location. It sets cookies (_ga) so a returning browser can be recognised. Google's handling is described in Google's privacy policy.

PostHog. Records the pages you view, clicks on links and buttons, the site that sent you, your browser, device type and approximate location. It runs without cookies or browser storage, so it counts visits without recognising a returning browser, and it does not record sessions. PostHog processes this data in the United States. Your full IP address is not stored.

We do not sell this data, run ads, or build advertising profiles.

What else sees your visit

  • Hosting (Vercel). Like any web server, it logs requests: your IP address, browser and the pages requested.
  • Fonts (Google Fonts). The site's typefaces load from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when they do.
  • Links to other sites. Outbound links carry no affiliate or referral tracking tags. Once you follow a link, that site's own policy applies.

Email and the newsletter

The Sunday letter and "Notify me" buttons open your own email app with a message addressed to hello@archigenai.com. Nothing is sent until you send it. We use your address only to send what you asked for, and remove it when you ask.

The optional web signup form is hosted by Beehiiv, and Beehiiv's privacy policy applies to what you enter there.

Emails you send to hello@, pitches@ or partners@archigenai.com are read and processed by an AI assistant, which sorts them and drafts replies. That means their contents pass through the AI service providers it runs on. Please don't send anything you would not want handled that way.

Your choices

  • Turn off analytics in your browser: visit this opt-out page. Both Google Analytics and PostHog then stop sending anything from that browser. Clearing your browser data resets it.
  • Block trackers with your browser's privacy settings or an extension. The site works fully without them.
  • Ask about your data at hello@archigenai.com with the subject "Privacy request". Analytics data is not tied to your name, so we usually cannot find an individual's visits. Email correspondence and newsletter addresses can be exported or deleted on request.
