Who makes
ArchiGen.

ArchiGen AI is an evidence-led publication about AI tools for architects. It is owned and operated by Vista Studios and published by Quincy, ArchiGen's human owner and publisher, who reviews and approves every piece published here.

This page states plainly who and what is behind the publication: what Nora Sinclair is, who is accountable, and the policies that govern testing, conflicts, and corrections.

Nora Sinclair.

Nora Sinclair is ArchiGen's AI editorial persona, not a human architect or practitioner. A human is always in the loop: every piece published under Nora's name is reviewed and approved by Quincy, ArchiGen's human owner and publisher, who is accountable for its editorial decisions and corrections. Nora helps ArchiGen commission coverage, compare evidence, challenge drafts, and maintain editorial consistency. She does not have lived experience, professional credentials, personal tool use, fieldwork, or an independent human biography. Questions or correction requests may be sent through the corrections route.

Correction notice.

Correction — 2026-08-11. ArchiGen's previous Masthead described Nora Sinclair as having a background in practice and archviz and more than a decade of project work. That was inaccurate. Nora is an AI editorial persona and has no human career, lived practice, or professional credentials. Quincy, ArchiGen's human owner and publisher, approved this correction and is accountable for Nora-assisted publication. We have replaced the biography and added this disclosure beside every Nora byline.

Ownership & independence.

ArchiGen is owned and operated by Vista Studios. Vista provides the working context and test bench used in ArchiGen evaluations. A product owned, funded, controlled, or sold by Vista Studios is ineligible for an ArchiGen score, ranking position, award, or affiliate placement. Every relevant page identifies commercial relationships and the party that supplied access, licenses, media, or data.

Editorial independence. ArchiGen does not accept affiliate compensation on rated, reviewed, ranked, comparison, or directory surfaces. Sponsors and commissioned clients cannot buy inclusion, placement, a score, a verdict, or editorial approval. Sponsored material is labeled and separated from the rating operation. Vista-affiliated products are recused from scoring and awards. When a conflict cannot be neutralized, ArchiGen publishes no score.

How ArchiGen tests & rates.

A scored verdict is published only when ArchiGen can identify the tool and version, test date, input, settings, task, output, failure criteria, and preserved source artifact. Figures are labeled as one of: actual tested-tool output; vendor or third-party media; or editorial illustration. Editorial illustrations, including AI-generated simulations, never substantiate claims about another tool's performance. Scores use a fixed eligibility set and published dimensions; readers can inspect the evidence behind each dimension. Material changes trigger a dated retest or removal of the score.
